Yoga can transform life

Asana is a posture. There are innumerable postures our body can take.
“Yoga” means that which takes ud on to a higher dimension or higher perception of life.
The kind of posture which leads us to a higher possibility is called a “yogasana.”
If we are happy, we sit one way. When we are unhappy we sit another way.
When we are peaceful we sit one way, if we are angry we sit another way.
Many times, we can tell what is happening with someone by just observing the way they are sitting
Based on this, conversely is the science of asanas – by consciously getting our body into a certain posture, we can also elevate our consciousness.
We can change the very way we feel, think, understand, and experience life by sitting in a particular way.
