KSHAMA (Sanskrit word) means forgiving, forgiving others and forgiving ourselves too. We are forgiving now because in that moment we were unconscious and others were unconscious also. This forgiveness will bring some awareness to us. The concept of Kshama forms one of the Ten Traditional Yamas, or restraints.
