It was the last day of funkycrowposes. For first time did all and had a good playtime. This was to play with a hand .,both acting different each time. For some time I have been sharing my Yoga asana journey with you all and am grateful to you all for been so wonderful and supportive. Yoga is union of body, mind, heart and soul and asana is third limb of the 8 steps of Yoga journey. Asanas help us to check our breaths and when we start been aware of our breath suddenly thoughts stop by as mind is busy. And in these moments there is the very possibility of been meditative. So, asana helps us to the 5 th step of Yoga journey, meditation.
