Just be instead of letting others define us

​We should never pay attention to what others say about us as it is a disease. The other will always drive us crazy . And in reality who are these others and why are we so much interested in them? They drive us crazy and we drive them crazy because we are the other to them. Why do we need to pay so much importance to others’ opinions? All we need is to pay attention to our own experiences and remain true to our own experiences. If we feel good in being serious, it is okay , if we feel we have become quiet and silent and still through our own practice of witnessing, why then be interested and why be disturbed by what others say?

But seeing deeply we will find we are not confident, so we keep on gathering the opinions of others. First we need to accept however whoever we are and slowly we will start becoming alert of the facts held within us and one day everything will disappear. Just like a dream, everything will disappear and we will be awakened. This awakening is not a practiced thing; this awakening is not cultivated. This awakening is our intrinsic nature, our basic real nature. It will be only erupted when we can wait patiently and watch, and don’t create any problems. We need to always temember this as a very basic thing: don’t create problems. don’t create problems….

Just BE. 



Either misery or happiness 

​Emotions are neutral, they are not good or bad ,it is all our mind which judges them. It is our mind that makes us feel guilty or wrong for having certain emotions, but the emotions themselves are not wrong. 

Emotions are simply different expressions of energy. That is how life is. We need both negative and positive energy or we will never know the importance of the one and life will become dull and boring .Emotions are not harmful, unless we get identified with them. And the identification happens through the mind.  Once we acknowledge this reality we will always have a choice. We can either get lost in the reason why, the story, the justifications –the whole mind-fuck about what is wrong with us and start blaming self. Meditation allows us another alternative as with the help of meditation we can separate the emotion from the story the mind has created around it. We can note that, ‘This is the mind’, and let our mind chew away on the drama without giving it too much energy, as if it was an old nag droning on in the corner. And we can put our attention instead on the physical sensation of the emotion itself. If we have the emotion of been sad or feeling sad the first step is to acknowledge that yes, ‘sadness is there’ and have it in the knowing that this is quite a different thing from saying ‘I am sad’. Then we need to allow the sadness to be there, as an energy, without judging it or trying to reject it. It is, after all, just an energy, and energy is always neutral.This is not about indulging ourselves in the emotion – indulgence means being caught up in the mind fuck, the reasons why. The victim story. We need to feel more and more – what the sensation of this energy is and where do we feel it in our body and then move our attention from the mind to our body. If we blame someone, then we are missing the point and denying our own energy. Taking responsibility that ‘this is my reaction’, also gives us the opportunity to see what belief in our unconscious mind caused this reaction,this energy, to arise. Which bit of our ego felt hurt or lost or afraid ?


Let the wound disappear with our awareness 

​It is always we who carry our own wound. With the ego, our whole being is a wound. If we deeply see nobody is interested in hurting us, nobody is positively waiting to hurt us as everybody is engaged in safeguarding their own wound. No one has got the energy but it still keeps happening because we are actually eagerly ready to be wounded like just waiting on the brink for anything.

Only when we become like Tao (means religion, means nature ,means form. The Supreme Law of Existence is Tao. ) There is in reality no wound for him as he is healthy, healed, whole.The word whole is beautiful and the word heal comes from the whole, and the word holy also comes from the whole. He is whole, healed, holy.

We need to be aware of our wounds and we need not help it to grow instead let it be healed and it can only be healed when we move to the roots. The less the head, the more the wound will heal; with no head there is no wound. The best way to live is living a headless life. We must move as a total being and accept whatever comes and happens. 

We need to practice it daily for some days, the whole 24 hours we need to be in total acceptance, whatsoever happens. If someone insults us or what we say hurts us we need to accept it and not react to see what happens. The mystics say suddenly we will feel an energy flowing in us that we have never felt before. Let us try and be aware and with each of us doing this we will create only Love and Compassion and Happiness in this world of ours for this wonderful life journey.

Swiftly traveling through the journey of life ,

Howling to a new tomorrow.

As I explore the unknown with eagerness ,

And adapt to the new environment each moment .

No more weak I am,

Never back down on the journey .

Leave my mark for myself to know ,

I lived life, I enjoyed life.

The lone wolf I know no home,

As the whole world is my home now.

In a forest which seemed to be filled with competition,

I no more am running into it .

As I came to knowing ,

Life is not a competition .

Life is a mystery to live,

Forgetting that I need to solve .

Was missing it as I had attitudes ,

Dropping each one day by day .

Dropping the knowledge , conditioned in mind ,

Knowing by living all will be known someday.
