We are not separate….there is no duality

If we see with a  #deeper #sense we are just waves in a #cosmic #ocean(#universe). We #breathe #in and breathe #out, the breath that is entering us was #someone else’s breath just a moment before and the breath that is leaving us becomes someone else’s breath the next moment. Breathing is just #waving in the #ocean of life. We are not #separate we are not just waves. We have a #togetherness and the #individuality we form is #false and #illusory, the ego is the only barrier. #Ego makes it appears to be true but it is not real. The real is the #non-individual, the #oceanic, the #togetherness.
